The DC BANK is a comprehensive power electronic device primarily designed for transient and steady-state power quality management in variable frequency drive (VFD) loads. It integrates current harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation functions. Installed in parallel between the system and user equipment, the DC BANK dynamically suppresses current harmonics generated by load branches under normal system voltage conditions, mitigating the hazards caused by harmonic currents while correcting the power factor of load branches. In the event of a grid voltage dip, the DC BANK rapidly provides dynamic active power support to ensure downstream loads can sustain operation during voltage sags. Upon grid voltage recovery, the DC BANK reverts to standby mode for voltage dip compensation and harmonic management with reactive power compensation. The DC BANK achieves comprehensive power quality management capabilities.

DCPM是一种主要用于油田抽油机变频调速系统能量回馈重复利用,同时具有保护变频器免受直流过压损坏的综合型电力电子装置。油田目前普遍使用变频调速装置对抽油机进行控制,有效的改善了抽油机的工作状态,节约了电能。变频调速抽油机系统,主要包括变频器、电动机和抽油机等部分,变频器主要由整流和逆变两部分组成。
抽油设备通常处于电网末端,输电线路远,线路末端电压普遍偏低。当游梁式抽油机工作在上冲程时,启动过程又需要较大电流,会进一步拉低供电线路电压,造成电机过流或发热;当游梁式抽油机处于下冲程时,制动过程处于再生发电状态,产生大量的再生能量,若降再生能量直接回馈电网需要配置四象限变频调速装置,增加了变频调速装置成本,当能量反送时,会造成供电线路电压的波动,影响其他设备正常运行,若采用制动电阻或单元消耗掉再生能量,不仅影响系统效率,而且产生的热量会増加装置散热负担,增加了碳排放。
鉴于此,提出一种能量回馈管理方案,既能收集抽油机下降过程中产生的电能,减少变频器直流过压保护导致停机的风险,又能在抽油机上升过程中提供辅助供电,减少从电网取电的支付成本,同时在整个过程中对交流电网零注入谐波,集节能减排、变频器直流高低压穿越功能于一体。
DCPM is a comprehensive power electronic device mainly used for energy feedback and reuse in the frequency conversion speed control system of oilfield pumping units, while also protecting the frequency converter from DC overvoltage damage. Currently, variable frequency speed control devices are commonly used in oil fields to control pumping units, effectively improving their working conditions and saving electricity. The variable frequency speed control pumping unit system mainly includes a frequency converter, an electric motor, and a pumping unit. The frequency converter is mainly composed of two parts: rectifier and inverter.
Oil pumping equipment is usually located at the end of the power grid, with long transmission lines and generally low voltage at the end of the lines. When the beam pumping unit operates on the upper stroke, alarge current is required during the startup process, which further lowers the voltage of the power supply line, causing motor overcurrent or heating; When the beam pumping unit is in the downstroke, the braking process is in a regenerative power generation state, generating a large amount of regenerative energy. If the regenerative energy is directly fed back to the power grid, a four quadrant variable frequency speed regulation device needs to be configured, which increases the cost of the variable frequency speed regulation device. When the energy is reversed, it will cause voltage fluctuations in the power supply line, affecting the normal operation of other equipment. If braking resistors or units are used to consume regenerative energy, it will not only affect system efficiency, but also increase the heat dissipation burden of the device and increase carbon emissions.
In view of this, an energy feedback management scheme is proposed, which can not only collect the electrical energy generated during the descent of the pumping unit, reduce the risk of shutdown caused by DC overvoltage protection of the frequency converter, but also provide auxiliary power supply during the ascent of the pumping unit, reduce the payment cost of electricity from the power grid, and inject zero harmonics into the AC power grid throughout the entire process, integrating energy-saving and emission reduction, and DC high and low voltage crossing functions of the frequency converter.
